BF-006: Steampunk Chainsword

Description

This is what happens when Hack meets a steampunk engineer. Naturally, he wouldn't be satisfied with simply a Steam-powered chainsaw, so he put a few extra features in there.

First of all, it's a chainsword and actually fairly normally sized, so it can be wielded one-handed by most people, unlike most of his other designs. This means that compared to a lot of his other weapons, this is one of his more agile and lighter designs.

Near the top of the blade, on the back of the casing is a heating unit. This unit, when activated, heats the teeth of the sword up to boiling hot temperatures to allow it to cut through things just a little bit easier, and maybe make someone you don't like have just a little bit of a worse day. The Teeth are made out of a material that is able to absorb this level of heat without distorting or losing its sharpness, in order to reduce maintenance time.

On the side of the blade there are 2 units that will fold out when triggered, and are designed to release a large and thick cloud of steam to act as a smoke screen. This is useful both for getting out of tough situations, and also confusing opponents to gain an advantage in combat. Although the latter tends to only work if the user has some alternate way of seeing through the steam.

The sword is also compatible with Exterminator cartridges which release a sudden and wide gout of flame to surprise and engulf opponents in fire. These are single use only, due to their small size, and are not pictured in this diagram. (Although it might be updated in the future)

But seriously, if you're about to question how any of this makes any sort of sense, I recommend you sit down and think about your actions.
